Current Collected Free SSH Tunnel Account
What is a Secure SSH Tunnel?
From Wikipedia: A Secure Shell (SSH) tunnel consists of an encrypted tunnel created through an SSH protocol connection. Users may set up SSH tunnels to transfer unencrypted traffic over a network through an encrypted channel.
SSH tunnels provide a means to bypass firewalls that prohibit certain Internet services - so long as a site allows outgoing connections. For example, at office users may be blocked by some firewalls to access to social websites such as facebook and youtube directly through 80 port. But users may not wish to have their web traffic blocked by the firewalls and filters and wish to be able to unblock facebook and youtube. If users can connect to an external SSH server, they can create an SSH tunnel to forward a given port on their local machine to port 80 on a remote web server to bypass those firewalls and filters to unblock facebook and youtube.

To use SSH tunnel you need a tunnel software which can access the SSH server and accept local request for tunnelling.
There's a great free tunnel software called MyENTunnel, which is quite reliable and also very fast for tunnelling. I replaced its plink.exe to the newest version to get a better speed and compressed the whole software to a zip file so you can download it via below link and extract it to connect to the SSH server.
MyENTunnel Configuration Snapshot:
After connect to the SSH server, your computer will turn into a local socks proxy, the default port is 7777 which can also be changed in MyENTunnel. You can use the local socks proxy as normal ones, just enter the local ip address 127.0.0.1 and the port 7777 in your browsers' network option and it works. Remember choose socks4 if possible, you will get better speed than socks5.
If you want to use the SSH tunnel in some other browsers which don't have native socks5 support, such as opera etc, you can still choose sockscap for a redirection in order to unblock facebook via opera.
